Please call the hotline 773.599.9370 if you see someone you would like us to reach out to. Leave a brief description of the person and the place, day and time you saw them. The outreach worker visits the Six Corners area on Mondays between 2 and 6 p.m. and the Irving Park Blue line area on Wednesdays between 8 and 11 a.m.
